B.J. Grifhorst

B.J. Grifhorst is a member of the investment committee team at Taiber Kosmala & Associates, LLC, bringing over 14 years of leadership and business development experience within the technology sector. B.J.’s background in both electrical engineering and quantitative finance, with specialization in markets, fixed income, derivatives, and portfolio construction support activities in research and consulting with both qualitative and quantitative applications.

Prior to joining Taiber Kosmala & Associates, B.J. was a United States Air Force Officer specializing in engineering and communications. His work included engineering complex communications systems, as well as developing cutting edge technology at the Air Force research and development laboratories. Most recently, he served in business development as a professional within the commercial real estate markets where he was responsible for developing relationships as well as constructing customized proposal solutions for business executives.

B.J. holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in quantitative finance from Rutgers University.
